As impartial practitioners, we engage young people using a range of creative coaching and guidance techniques which will have a positive impact on them as young people and ultimately as adults. Since September 2019, we have worked with many different schools supporting them in a variety of methods enhancing their CEIAG programme – from 1:1 guidance, to small group sessions, support at open evenings and strategic support with development of their careers programme.
I would love to have our adviser full time! The students love her and I have found her excellent to work with on every level. We really appreciate the work that has done.

We have worked with Luminate for a number of years now and we are really happy with the service they provide to our students. They give good quality careers guidance in 1-2-1 meetings and also deliver valuable sessions to year groups on Post-16 options and careers in general. Working in a busy school environment, things can change very quickly and at the last minute - the advisors and management at Luminate are always flexible and put the needs of the school first, adapting their provision to suit us.
